Unfortunately, I had to return the shoe as it was too tight. This style has been discontinued and I was unable to replace it. A sad day for me.

Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. I ordered a pair of booths in a different color (I have two of them in black) and the quality of the leather is very stiff, and the sizing has changed. It runs smaller now, and the soft, subtle leather has changed to a stiff leather that has no give. The customer service representative (Juliette) asked me if I had worn the booths. I told her honestly that I had them on for two hours on carpeting at work, and they bothered me so much I had my husband bring me another pair of booths. I am well within my return time, but the customer service representative told me I am not able to return the booths. I mentioned that I was honest and told her I did indeed wear them for a short time. They are in perfect shape, and my husband dropped me off at work and I wore them on carpeting for two hours only. She said she appreciated my honesty but is unable to return the shoes. She said the company is within their rights to change the quality of the shoes, but once it has been worn, it cannot be returned because it cannot be resold!!!! A company that does not uphold their quality standards should damage the shoes and honor the return. You have to think about holding on to loyal customers. There are many choices out there, and your shoes and your unfair return policy will not be one I will be revisiting.

I'm wearing them today for the first time. They are a bit stiff, but comfortable and stylish. I couldn't really slip them on. I used my finger to get my foot in. Perhaps when they soften up, I'll be able to slip into them.

I purchased green in size 9(40eu). I have four pairs of Spring Step shoes. All in 8 1/2 (39eu.) This pair was rubbing my left toe against the front and the front/side. I returned them for a size 9(40eu) and they worked. I run narrow, and they were a bit wide on me, so I pulled the elastic tighter (even on the 8 1/2's) which scrunched up the cool leather tag on the toung, but I love them.

I have not been able to wear the shoes outside the house yet, because they need stretching to be truly comfortable. I had some experience with stretching leather, using heat and chemicals, so I think they will eventually be okay, but I advise anyone buying them to go up a size, especially if your feet are wide across your toes like mine.

I am a fan of Spring Step owning several pairs of shoes.However, the Rochelle slip on was such a disappointment! No support, poorly made, felt like walking flat on the ground . Difficult to say how the fit actually was because the shoe was so flat offering no support. Out 20.00 for shipping and return fees. Not happy!
