I adore the look of these and ordered the same size I always order but the shoes were too small. And it broke my heart because they were fab.

These sandals are delightful! A bit of retro glam with the flower and houndstooth print. Though dressy, they were comfortable for a long workday, much of it spent on my feet.

Sad to say the shoes were too small.Needed size 43 for exchange, unfortunately, none were available.Previous purchases that were size 42 fit fine.Returned via FedEx and according to tracking the return shoes should arrive at Spring Step, Pompano Beach, Florida today May 13, 2026.One of my former jobs was shipping/receiving so the return package was properly secured with plenty of tape and tissue to protect the original shoe box with a copy of the invoice.The extra packaging was because I received the box opened and retapped, and wanted to demonstrate proper packaging.Thank you.

I loved the look of the shoe and the quality. The arch support in the sole of the shoe didn’t align with the shape of my foot. I had to return them.

Love the shoe they are very pretty, but they do not fit my foot. The arch of the shoe doesn’t even touch my foot, and I returned for a bigger size, still same problem.

I bought these a year ago in the blue and got many compliments on them. They are comfortable and completely adjustable with the loop tab strap. These black ones were really the bomb since i found them on sale! I love the L'Artiste line.
