Boot runs small

It took too long to get the boots. I had to return them because they run small. I returned them for a size up. The return took another week for them to receive the. They don’t send the new boot until they receive the return ones. I received an email the exchange boot can take up to 7 days. This process is too long and my credit card has been charge. I think I will call them and ask for a refund.
