Blown Away!

These boots are as gorgeous in person as they are in the picture AND unbelievably comfortable! I ordered on a Tuesday for a western-themed party on Saturday. My order said it would arrive on Monday. I asked if I could pay more for a rush shipping but never heard back from anyone. That was okay because I knew I was pushing it. SURPRISE! Surprise! On FRIDAY MORNING, my boots were on my front porch! Talk about customer service. I am so, so, so grateful. I received numerous compliments from party participants. And we all know how you need to break in boots before wearing all day, right? I put in a shoe stretcher the night before (I have one foot that is a bit wider due to bunion surgery) and presto! I wore all day for a 90 degree outside party with absolute comfort! Love, love, love my boots! Love, love, love the customer service! Highly recommend.

I bought these boots at a local shop and I love them so much! Not only are they super cute, but they also have a good sole for spins. Superior comfort means I can two-step for hours without pain. There's no breaking-in period like with other western boots--perfect fit straight out of the box, no rubbing, no blisters. I wear them to dance halls, I wore them to a Texas wedding, no issues whatsoever. My US size is 8.5 and and the 39 fits great with compression socks. 40 was too big.

I received my item and there were some water damage. But the customer service department was quick to resolve by issuing me a credit. As well as suggesting a treatment that they offer. I absolutely love the boots. Purchased in the store, but had them shipped to my home and the associate was A+!

100% comfortable

The most comfortable shoe in my closet, at the moment. I wore them line dancing this weekend & they performed perfectly. Doesn't have a slippery sole, nor is it too grippy & 100% comfortable. I purchased the camel color- I love the pop of color but it's also neutral to pair with a lot. I have already gotten a handful of compliments from others!
