International Return Policy

Our Standard Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spring Step product. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

Returns are SIMPLE. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll honor a refund for the returning item(s), minus a $7.00 restocking fee per order.


Fine Details

  • All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
  • All original tags, packaging and original shoe box must be included.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase receipt.
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your returned item(s).
  • Spring Step accepts returns only for items purchased on the website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
  • Spring Step will accept returns or exchanges for Products marked as “Sale” item at the time of order, minus a $7.00 restocking fee per return.
  • We cannot reimburse any expedited or international shipping fees added to your original order.


Pack and Send Your Item(s) Back

  1. Repackage items exactly how you received them in the original shoe box and include all original tags.
  2. Write your order confirmation number on the outside of the package.
  3. Clearly address your package to our returns facility in the U.S.:

  4. Take your sealed box to any post office counter or authorized carrier outlet to purchase your return postage. You may also wish to insure your package for the full replacement value


Get a Refund

  1. We'll email you a confirmation once your returned item is received.
  2. We'll give you a refund (minus a $7.00 restocking fee per order, if you're not exchanging).
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your return item(s).
