This leather is so soft and supple with a beautiful sheen. So perfect for the office. I particularly love this boot because it has a full rubber sole AND heel. Very hard combination to find in a dressy boot. Not only does the full rubber bottom make this boot so comfortable because of its shock absorption, I don't have to hear my feet clicking in the office on vinyl hard plank flooring that echos. The entire inside of the boot is fully lined in a super soft microfiber, even the footbed! Such a nice surprise. It is true to size and fit like a glove. This one is all day comfort.

I love these, just like the other Spring Step booties that I own. I have not found a pair yet that I do not like or any that are uncomfortable. These are super cute and I got compliments on them just I do the other pairs! Love being able to wear shoes that are good for my body and also very cute.

I have an older version of the Heroic boot which is a similar style but wooden heel. I found these more comfortable (can’t wait for leather to really get soft!) because it has a rubber heel. I did notice the heels scuff easily so will require some maintenance and precautions (avoid driving in them). But this is a lovely style and so versatile. I didn’t get tons of compliments (like I do with most of my spring steps!) but they were perfect for a very classic business look and I felt they worked really well for meetings with lots of walking.

I am so SAD they are getting rid of their best collection. Please reconsider, Spring Step!

I have two pairs--black and brown--and they fit well (40 for size 9). A bit wide for my quite narrow food, but the ties help and even so, they are extremely comfortable. and very good looking too!

These shoes fit my feet like a glove. They are very comfortable, well made, and stylish with jeans or a dress. I love them.

Beautiful, well made, comfortable and perfect heel height 1-1/2. Tongue could have been heavier padded or thicker. Right shoe imperfection was wider around ankle, causing a gap.

Spring Step is one of my favorite brands. This Bootie is light weightAnd so far seems very durable. Very comfortable. For my taste only, I wish the toe was a bit more rounded & that a color option was a tan/rust color. I wear 5.5

Will never buy Spring Step shoes from this site again after experiencing a terrible return policy. Tried on shoes indoors for a short time, they did not fit right, returned them in flawless condition with original box and all original packing material. Was shocked to learn that the return was rejected! Now I am out $150 for shoes that I didn't wear, and didn't fit. Horrible customer experience.

I loved the booties, but after a few months the back area started to peel ; for the price , that should not happen!I want to mention that I wear nicely all my shoes, live in mild California weather.The leather is very soft , that is what I loved , but that is also what made them unwearable.If you just wear them in your house buy them, if you plan to drive ...maybe not !

Adorable boot with great detail....I have already been asked where I gotthem by a lovely Oregon artist heading to a museum event. They mightbe just a tad long, the lace up front makes for a perfect adjustment. I doworry about the heel structure as described by one unhappy customer, worrythat they are not solid like a stacked heel.

Shipping great, product very good only one small criticism, the material that is used for stitching the tongue (near the toes) is very rough or plastic like & causes some skin irritation. Perhaps my shoe repairman can suggest a solution. If worn with socks less problem.
