Perfect!

I just got my 2nd pair of these because the ankle strap was not attached on the 1st pair. Customer service was terrific, as always. The newest pair are perfect - I adjusted the ankle strap to fit my small ankles and so I can slip my foot in the sandal and just slip the back strap over my heel. They fit perfect to size of 38 and are beautiful. Only Spring step and their companies can make such a pretty shoe even in a platform, that is still extremely comfortable. I usually buy L'Artiste, but these are Azura and just as comfy.

Waiting....

These are just lovely shoes and hard to imagine they are as comfortable as they are with this platform, but they are! Only problem was that the strap going behind my heel was not quite sewn in and it popped right out of its fitting while I was trying it on the first time. It's extremely rare that there are any problems with Spring Step shoes. Their quality is very high - I know of what I speak because I have probably over 200 pairs of L'Artiste and Spring Step shoes. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. Spring Step service is ALWAYS kind and easy to work with. I sent them back and am waiting for the "new and improved" ones. The fit is perfect for my 7 1/2 med size old feet! Can't wait to wear them when the weather gets warmer here in Colorado!
