Love the look but unexpectedly uncomfortable

I love the look of these sandals—they appear comfortable and stylish, and they initially feel that way. However, after just 10 minutes of walking, the inner seam of the upper strap (which is about an inch and a half wide) starts to dig into the top of my foot. It hits right where the strap bends with each step, making it uncomfortable for extended wear. It’s disappointing, as I had hoped these would become my go-to shoes for extended workdays.

Second pair of black because I need a back up in case anything happens to the pair I have now. And I have two other colors and planning on buying the tan. They are the best and I get so many compliments.

Had to return

Usually L'artiste shoes fit me well, but this pair was too narrow in the toe strap. I ordered my usual size 40 and the length was fine. I have high arches and slightly wide feet. Definitely only recommended for narrow and flat footed ladies.

Unnatural Gait

The look of this shoe is great, but the outward slanting heel makes for an awkward gait. I have 5 pairs of high heels from the L'Artiste line and this is the only pair I will never wear again.

I purchased these in the beige color. The neutral color of these shoes make them a go to wardrobe staple. The fit is very comfortable and I plan to purchase these in at least one more color.

Pretty and artsy sandals

I got the beige color and it matches just about everything. The design is two tone but still accomplishes the solid color look so I can wear it with patterned clothing without clashing too many patterns. Like all L'Artiste shoes, these add an artistic focal point to my outfits. The netting base for the cutout design doesn't feel quite as comfortable as leather only but so far so good. I haven't worn them for too many hours yet but I think they'll be pretty comfortable. True to size.
