I have been buying SS shoes for over 15 years. Over the past 2-3 years the dubious size 41 of (maybe) a 9.5 OR (maybe) a 10 has caused me and others a lot of problems. A 9.5 is NOT a 10 and vice versa. Considering the cost of the shoes and the cost of returns, SS should take the time to fully test and size the shoes, especially those that are wing-tipped. If the shoe is running larger than a half size, then SS should note this *prominently* on their site. I have sent numerous emails to customer service about this. Being able to rely upon SS's accurate sizing is one of the main reasons I buy their shoes.So this shoe in a 9.5 is actually a 10. I wore thick socks with this, and it was still too big. I am a true 9.5 regular. Otherwise, the shoe is fabulous. Well-made and comfortable.
