Very Pleased
Feel a bit tight when I first put them on, however because of the material the uppers are made out of, they adjust quickly and are comfortable to where all day. I usually wear and 11.5 to 12. These are 12.5 -13, so I would say they do run small. I will order again.

do not buy
Absolutely do not recommend this product. I bought these because I owned a pair for 2 years that were amazing so I bought exactly the same size style color ... within half an hour I could barely walk. I returned the unworn shoe to spring step. I called Spring step to request a return that would honor this purchase and was treated as if I did something wrong, that if I had worn them outside ( I did not say if I did or did not wear these outside ) they would be returned to me. I do not appreciate the implication that I did something wrong nor the blatant lack of empathy of my feet hurting . Do not buy. I also notice that my original review was taken down.

I'm sorry to hear about the miscommunication that caused you to feel as though our return process was accusatory. I also do not want you to feel as though we do not care for your hurting feet, we absolutely do and wished to help you into a size that is more suitable for your feet now, in 2022. As a natural occurrence, feet do change in size with age so it is normal for a style that once fit a few years ago is now too small. To help illustrate the miscommunication, I'd like to share our return process. You see, when a return request is phoned in, as a part of our customer care process, we ask for the reason for return and if the shoes have been worn outside. This allows us to ensure that our customers are best helped with the proper expectation set regarding their specific return request. In your specific scenario, you mentioned having worn your new shoes to work, and not being able to stand for 30 mins, which prompted our team to share with you the knowledge that we cannot accept worn non-defective shoes for a refund. Unfortunately, if the shoes are not defective, worn and returned, they will be shipped back to you as a courtesy per our return policy. Since you did already use the return label provided during your call, once we receive and inspect them per our normal return process, we will be happy to provide you with a refund for the cost of the unworn shoes once they arrive at our warehouse. Terrible service and fit
I ordered these shoes because I own a pair that are worn out … they were the best shoes I’ve ever had for work. I ordered the exact color and size. Within a half an hour I could barely walk. I called Spring Step to request a return and they were not only not caring they focused on ‘did you wear them outside. I asked for the courtesy of a pair returned that were the correct size and they said no … also that a manager would ‘call me back’ …. In four hours … not one that was available. Terrible.

Could barely walk
I ordered the exact same size style as I did before because I need shoes for work. After maybe half an hour I could barely walk and had to take these off. Returned and I would like a size up please sent to me so that I can have appropriate work shoes.

Willow Slip-on Shoe
You'll know how I feel when I tell you that I've been wearing this style for several years, ever since my local "Oh My Sole" manager recommended it. This shoe is so popular that he always has it in stock. The only down side is that, being mainly of fabric, the shoe does not wear as well as an all leather one might. Of course, an all leather version probably wouldn't be as comfortable.

Bought all three colors
Love this shoe. Bought three more pair when I found them online after having bought original a few years ago. They are my go to 3 season shoes - not summer. The stretch of the fabric accommodates two of my toes that bend up. Perfect. Comfy. Durable. Goes with most of my fall/winter pants. Thank you! Keep making them. And add a short, fat 2” heel black pump in that fabric. Would sell like hot cakes.

Fits like a glove
The 38 (7.5-8) fits perfect for my typically size 8 feet... they're a M but are generously sized as i usually need a W Love for the feel, fit and look! Bought in black & brown - if/when they go on sale will get the blue!
