I have all 3 colors. They are my everyday work shoes. I am on my feet 8 hours a day in a medical office. I us the lace up to make it perfect for my foot, then I can just unzip and zip to where them. I walked through Eurpoe for 16 days, My feet never got sore or tired. Love the rubber bottom too, not slippery.

The style on these boots is very cute but they run very narrow and tight. Even when the zipper was unzipped I couldn't get my feet in them.

The boots were attractive, but they were too narrow for me to even get my foot fully inside. I returned them. I find L'Artiste shoes very beautiful, and I have bought their sandals previously and a couple pairs of tennis shoes, so I was very disappointed at how narrow these boots were.

I absolutely love these boots, so much so I purchased a second pair in another color. They are unique and fun; I get compliments whenever I wear them. Perhaps most importantly they are super comfortable. Zippers that allow easy on and off but the look of laces, another plus.

Lack of communication throughout the ordering process made the whole experience very stressful (After the initial purchased receipt I didn't receive any tracking information or updates until I reached out inquiring when my shoes would arrive and even then I did not receive much contact until my shoes randomly was left on my doorstep (no bell was rung or delivered email was sent). The shoes were way too small even though I bought my correct size (as well as the largest size they had to offer so there was no option to exchange). The return process was the same as the delivery one with me constantly needing to reach out after I sent back the shoes to get an update on my refund. Overall did not like the experience and will not be ordering again from this site. Side Note: Had to pay extra for the option to return, which I'm glad I did because I needed to return my shoes, but it was around $7-$10ish non-refundable dollars. Other sites have free return, especially with unused products that just didn't fit, why doesn't this site?
