Not Comfortable at all
Not comfortable hurt my toes tops and sides because of the seams. They would not take them back after wearing them for 2 hours and got blisters. Customer service is lousy with this brand of shoes will not buy more and will let my friends know. I asked for a refund to purchase another type of their shoes but they would not. I sent pictures to show I did not hurt them but the shoes really hurt my feet.
Love them!
Really comfortable, especially since I rarely wear heels. These are perfect. Fit is spot on, comfortable, they go with almost everything, an dress them up or wear with jeans.
beautiful and comfy
I have several pair of L'Artiste shoes and boots and they all have the same problem: I love them so much but can wear only one pair at a time. This pair, just like all the others, is beautiful and comfortable, fits well and is of good quality. This is the brand I always pay attention to because I know that any style that appeals to me will be worth the money.

Love the shoes. Ordered in two sizes to see which fits best. Both feel like they will be comfortable for heels. (I don't wear heels much anymore.) I will definitely be keeping one pair!
Unique and Perfect!
I bought these in the unique turquoise/blue green color scheme and they go perfectly with the long dress I’m wearing to a wedding! Comfortable and cute…although a bit wide on me — but a strategically placed insole should solve that issue.

They look cheap
I own LOTS of Spring Step shoes and as a general rule of thumb, once you know the correct shoe size, they fit well and are comfortable. The problem with these shoes: they look cheap. Not as nice as all of the other pairs I own. I'm not sure what it is that makes them look this way. It could be the bubble gum pink foot bed. The micro fabric on the foot bed overhangs the edge of the shoe and for some reason, looks sloppy. And for some reason, the straps also look like cheap leather. They are really cute and will go with so much in my wardrobe and they will be reliably comfortable. I wish they were better quality looking. I'm going to give them 4 stars ... 3 for overall quality, 5 for how cute and comfortable they are. Average of 4 stars.

Pita sandals
I am returning these sandals because of the design of the toe box area. It’s too narrow or else maybe it’s the placement of the leather bands, but the shoes squeeze my little toes. If you need a wider toe box in a shoe, don’t buy these. Otherwise, they fit and they look good.
