Loose on the heel, tight in the toebox

These are maybe my least favorite spring step shoes I've ever gotten. And I've gotten a lot. They looked comfortable and easy, and they are not. They don't feel like they have any cushion, and they just fit weird.

Overall, the best thing is that it is comfortable. The material is not what I expected. I already have something similar from aeroposoles for over 10 years so wanted to replace it. This is not thick - it doesn't feel like leather....maybe it is not. However, I thought it was.

Wide shoe

Very comfortable but the shoes are too wide overall. I inserted a half sole and they fit better, but when I walked in them they were still big so I inserted a full insole and they now fit much better. I wear a B/M width and I like my shoes to firmly hug my feet. The style and lightweight are beautiful so I decided to keep them and adjust the fit with insoles.Contrary to what most people think, loose fitting shoes are ill fitting shoes, no better than wearing a size too small. They strain the foot, legs and back because you end up compromising how you walk in order for the shoes to stay on.
