The calf of the boot was too narrow for my leg. I sold them. I learned a lesson to measure first!

Spring step canceled my order. However, these boots in the size I ordered are still being advertised for sale on the website. I’ve reached out to customer care and they don’t get back to me. I’m very disappointed.

These attractive boots are very comfortable and work over pants, under skirts/dresses and are easy to put on and take off. Everything I want in a boot!

Very cute boots! The cut around the ankle area is very wide, and as a thin-ankled woman, i don’t really appreciate this feature. They scrunch down as opposed to being form fitting & tall, and it makes me look like i have cankles, which of all my issues, that is not one of them. So i’ll wear them, but not how i was going to. Overall this is better for wide-calf/ankle-havers (and yes, i ordered the “regular” cut).

Really happy with my purchase of these boots. I saw a friend wearing them and knew I had to have them. Initially ordered them in my size, but they was too small so I returned them easily in ordered the next size up . I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments on them and they’re very comfortable comfortable comfortable.

I saw a friend wearing these boots and thought they were so cute. So I decided to order a pair for myself. I wear a 9 so I ordered that size. When they came, they were too snug. Unfortunately , they don’t have half sizes so I had to order the 10. It it’s fine although a little roomie.. A 9 1/2 would’ve been the perfect fit. They are very comfortable. I got complimented on them the first time I wore them.

These are the most comfortable boots. I have other Patrizia tall boots, all are great. They are beautiful and well-made.

Great looking but way too small. I’m a 9.5, got the size 9.5-10 way to small, couldn’t get my foot in the boot.

I have noticed from trying on a few spring step shoes in store that I need a larger size, though I still haven't found one that fits right. But these are VERY small. I ordered a 10.5-11 even though I usually wear a size 9.5 to 10 at the largest, and these are still way too small for me. My toes are jammed into the end, and even with that, the calf barely zips. I have pretty average sized calves, and especially for a women's 11 size, I was really bummed that it's small all around

These where very cute, but if you half calf muscles these will not work for you. I returned.

Just what I needed in comfort and style . Price was good too

Compared to other Spring Step Boots that I have purchased in the past, this boot runs much smaller at the same size. Overall, all of the boot styles I have purchased are comfortable.

I loved the boots and my feet fit but, I could not get them zipped up more than half way and I do not have big calves. Very frustrating.

I have returned these boots, because the brown is a dusty gray not brown at all and not the color pictured online. In addition, they are very narrow and did not fit well.

Overall very comfortable. The top around the calve is a bit snug but I'm sure that will stretch over time. If you plan on wearing thicker socks, I would strongly suggest sizing up as these do run a bit small.

I routinely study product pictures carefully before making purchases. I decided against a few styles simply due to the pattern details: e.g., Rebamac. Spring Steps brand is famous for their embossed design. The pictures here show the floral pattern as embossed, however the description says floral embroidery instead. The product I received does have the floral embroidery unfortunately. So I have to return these shoes. This is a case of product pictures inconsistent with product description. Perhaps a switch and bait strategy to confuse wealthier L'Artiste customers. Furthermore, I also studied the same product on Amazon.ca. There the quality of product is shown by a novel logo of leather with drops. You may want to check it out yourself. Vegan leather shall not use the logo of leather at all, regardless of drops addition. I believe this is another attempt of USA to switch and bait. Vegan leather shall only use the diamond shape to tell it is all man-made materials. It bet my review will not be published. USA's leather have been made into military boots preparing for war(s) lasting 2-3 years already by now. Armed with my study of Spring Steps shoes, I successfully prevented a war provoked by USA against China in the Taiwan Strait on Dec 15, 2024. I thank all those concerned countries who helped out after my alarm of Nov 24, 2024 on Twitter @BountVest Still surprisingly 21 days after my alarm, the war was still not given up by USA and almost put into action, before Russian Federation foiled the war attempt.If there are still many synthetic shoes or vegan leather shoes in North American market, it only tells the active war posture of USA, followed by dog(s) of USA.

I love these boots. They are comfortable to wear and look great. I really like them because they do not have a super wide calf width.

I’ve been a loyal Spring Step customer for years, and this is the first negative experience I’ve had. Depending on the style, I’ve always worn either a size 41 or 42, with the majority of my shoes being a 41. Unfortunately, this latest pair of boots didn’t fit in either size, and the overall process has been frustrating.I started by purchasing a size 41, as usual, along with purchasing the return/exchange option, knowing I might need to exchange for a 42. When the size 41 boots arrived, I tried to start a return online, but the site was still showing the boots as “not delivered.” After contacting customer support, a polite representative updated the status and schedule the exchange for the size 42. I was not asked if I wanted to purchase another exchange/return option. Unfortunately, the size 42 boots were also too small and narrow. Things got worse when I tried to initiate a return online, I was informed that I was out of returns.I contacted customer support again, this time through their contact support online, but it’s been two days, and I’ve received no response.I’ve been a happy Spring Step customer for years, but this experience has left me incredibly disappointed. The sizing for this boot seems very off compared to your usual standards, and the return/exchange process has been a headache. I hope customer support can resolve this issue quickly because I would hate for this to tarnish my opinion of your brand.

The look is interesting but they don’t “wow” me. Not as comfortable as my other boots from Spring Step. The calf and length runs small side. I purchased on sale but would not have kept at full price. They are just “okay” boots.

I really liked these when I saw them online and wasn’t disappointed when they arrived. The only issue is that the instep is a bit small but I used a little shoe stretcher & wore them once and they were fine.

I love the style and comfort. The patchwork of designs is beautiful. Always look unique and artsy.

Lovely boots! I usually take an 8 W but a friend recommended that they seem a little short and taking 1 size up, that they seem to run a little wide. She was right! Got size 40 and they are perfectly comfortable for all day long and walking a few miles.
