Poor fit

I tried several different sizes but nothing worked for me. Very odd fitting shoe.

Unique and fun fur!

Love the brown/caramel color. I heeded the advice about sizing up. So I ordered a 39 instead of my usual 38. It's rare I need to do this with L'artiste. At first, I thought even the 39 wouldn't work - hard to get my heel in. But in only minutes, I kind of forced my heel in and it was perfect and very comfortable. I think too, that by sizing up, it was not too narrow - I have a Medium size width in shoes. I think it was just a bit stiff being brand new. And if you subtract the size of the platform from the heel, it's only about 2 1/2 high - not as high a heel as you might think. Great shoe.

Love them

I love the style and they are comfortable. I get so many compliments. The only issue is that all oft these brands shoes do not fit the same. I am normally a 37-38 and these I got in a 39 They felt tight at first but after a day were perfect.

So beautiful and unique!

I was very excited to try these shoes, because I noticed that they had a platform to balance a higher heel. I was so pleasantly surprised that the 3/4 inch platform really made them so comfortable! These shoes are more stunning in person and the fur gives it that extra pop. Unfortunately, they ran a bit small for me and I had to return because my feet hurt when walking. I may try to size up and see if they work because they are truly beautiful shoes.

The sizing is weird… runs big. Also looks much better online.

These shoes are just awesome. They are unique and you definitely won't see them coming and going. I love L'Artiste because of that, but also for the comfort. They are really comfortable and well made. 4 stars on this one because they were a little small. I could've probably made them work, but because of a problem I'm having with one of my feet, I did not want to push it. I did request an exchange, so hopefully will receive soon. I purchased the black and can't wait to get my replacement. I wanted all 3 colors but can't justify another pair of shoes in my closet.

GORGEOUS, but narrow

Very narrow, to the point where my foot would "fall asleep" just sitting with them on. Wore them around the house for a few hours to break them in. It did help greatly because of the quality of the shoe, but now the back of the heel slips up when I walk causing the fur at the heel the get flat. And my foot still falls asleep if I have them on all day. For a loafer style block heel with padding I did expect more comfort. But they are soooo gorgeous and unique, I deal with it.

These are gorgeous!!! I love everything about these shoes- the fur makes them look so luxurious and the floral design is so unique and delicate. Very comfortable too! Love wearing these and always get asked about them when I put them on.

These are so fabulous!! I love everything about these pumps- the fur, the buckle, and flower paintings. These are one of my favorite pairs that I own. Love Spring step shoes especially the L'Artiste collection

Couldn’t exchange 2nd time

The shoes ran very small. The exchange process went really well the first time, but the second pair was also too small. When I tried to exchange for the next size up, the option was not available. I checked to see if that size was sold out but it appeared to be available. I ended up just returning them.
