Fit vs looks

I received these sandals on Thursday & I was looking forward to wearing them over the weekend. I love the looks of the sandal, however, I will have to return them due to fit. I ordered the same size (36) as my other Spring Hill shoes, but these seem to run small. I will reorder in the next size & hope for the best.

Quality insole problem

Bought them with delight. Very comfortable and looks so nice. BUT insole started bubbling and breaking in several places just almost the first day I received them. Sent them back and exchanged to the same pair hoping they will be better quality but it happened again. The synthetic insole is so thin and poor quality.
