Excellent - this is the second pair I have purchased.

This is my second pair of these wonderful shoes, which I used so long the sole wore through. They are dressier than sneakers but just as comfortable. And the microfiber top allows shoe to breathe but keeps feet dry in wet weather.

This is the 2nd time in several years that I am replacing the same item. I love these shoes.

The size runs big

These Flexus Willow shoes are the best. I purchased the Navy in size EU 37/US 6.5-7, and they are perfect. I normally wear a size 7. I'm not sure about the arch. I have flat feet. I've had a lot of surgery done on my feet, and these shoes work wonders for me. No additional inserts are required to keep my feet comfortable. If you're looking for good comfort, you can't go wrong with these shoes.

Easy. This is my fifth pair. I’ve been buying them for years. The soles aren’t as well-made as they used to be, but still a good shoe.

I bought a pair of these at least 10 years ago. They were still comfortable with just a little look of wear. I decided to treat myself with a new pair. These run about 1/2 size small. The new ones are just as comfortable as the old ones. By the way , I passed the old ones on to someone else to enjoy.

I am 83 and have worn these shoes for many years. I. have arthritic hands and cannot tie sports shoes, These shoes are so sturdy; they last and last.I use a shoe horn, because the heel of the shoe will wear down before the rest of the shoe. The soles of this shoe are as sturdy as sport boots. I am safe walking on slopes and slippery, even icy, surfaces.

Feel a bit tight when I first put them on, however because of the material the uppers are made out of, they adjust quickly and are comfortable to where all day. I usually wear and 11.5 to 12. These are 12.5 -13, so I would say they do run small.I will order again.

Most comfortable shoes i’ve had in years. The color is so easy to wear with black navy or brown.

Great fit and quality, loved them in black and brown, this purchase was navy, all day comfort as I stand at work all day.

Terrible.... I've been without shoes for approximately 2.5 months because this company would not make an exception to their return policy ... I measured my foot according to Spring Step's measurement guide and ordered the corresponding size, the same shoe I've had for 3 years, same color .... company said it's my foot. It's not it's the product. To Boot, the refund I received after incredibly poor service was less than what I paid. Don't order.

terrible. I can't figure out how to edit my review so I'm posting a new one. Ok so now it's my foot... I measured my foot according to your measurements, ordered the corresponding size and this company is now saying that it's my foot. Not only does the response not help it seems to me that if a customer is this upset they would accommodate. I am now in a position that I am without work shoes for approximately 2 months ( return and waiting for a refund so that I can afford a pair of shoes) Do not buy.

Absolutely do not recommend this product. I bought these because I owned a pair for 2 years that were amazing so I bought exactly the same size style color ... within half an hour I could barely walk. I returned the unworn shoe to spring step. I called Spring step to request a return that would honor this purchase and was treated as if I did something wrong, that if I had worn them outside ( I did not say if I did or did not wear these outside ) they would be returned to me. I do not appreciate the implication that I did something wrong nor the blatant lack of empathy of my feet hurting . Do not buy. I also notice that my original review was taken down.

I ordered these shoes because I own a pair that are worn out … they were the best shoes I’ve ever had for work. I ordered the exact color and size. Within a half an hour I could barely walk. I called Spring Step to request a return and they were not only not caring they focused on ‘did you wear them outside. I asked for the courtesy of a pair returned that were the correct size and they said no … also that a manager would ‘call me back’ …. In four hours … not one that was available. Terrible.

I ordered the exact same size style as I did before because I need shoes for work. After maybe half an hour I could barely walk and had to take these off. Returned and I would like a size up please sent to me so that I can have appropriate work shoes.

You'll know how I feel when I tell you that I've been wearing this style for several years, ever since my local "Oh My Sole" manager recommended it. This shoe is so popular that he always has it in stock. The only down side is that, being mainly of fabric, the shoe does not wear as well as an all leather one might. Of course, an all leather version probably wouldn't be as comfortable.

I Love this shoe! Bought three pairs over the years of the same shoe!!! Comfortable and firm fitting. Great walking shoe.

Love this shoe. Bought three more pair when I found them online after having bought original a few years ago. They are my go to 3 season shoes - not summer. The stretch of the fabric accommodates two of my toes that bend up. Perfect. Comfy. Durable. Goes with most of my fall/winter pants. Thank you! Keep making them. And add a short, fat 2” heel black pump in that fabric. Would sell like hot cakes.

comfortable for peplo who are on their feet all day

The 38 (7.5-8) fits perfect for my typically size 8 feet... they're a M but are generously sized as i usually need a W Love for the feel, fit and look! Bought in black & brown - if/when they go on sale will get the blue!

I like them!! I love the fit and hope they hold up for the year. The lycra adds some detail to the shoe.

Love the shoe but it runs small I may reorder a full size larger

I bought Flexus by Spring Step size 37 for my usual 6.5 and they fit just right.

One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

My 11-year old kid and I both have wide feet. Fly-flot Willow was hard to slip into ... it was too narrow, and the upper edge doesn't stretch like Fly-flot Flexi.

This is my third pair of the fly flot Willow shoe. I wear them everyday as a work and casual shoe. There is no breaking in period. The shoe conforms to your feet and provides all day comfort. There is never the thought that my feet are killing me and I have to get these shoes off. My very active life style keeps me on my feet all day long.

Several years ago, on a hot summer day in Charleston, SC, my feet were killing me. I went into a shoe store to find comfortable shoes. On the advice of a customer who was buying her third pair of Fly Flot Willows, I bought two pair, black and brown. They are so comfortable and classic,I need no other shoes. They have travelled all over the world with me and I always felt suitably dressed. I am ordering two new pair for a trip to Russia.
