Lovely not for me

These were beautifully made shoes but the arch was too flat for me as I’m used to a chunky heel. I sent them back and that went smoothly.

I actually had to return them twice. The first time too small so I sent them back and second time tho they said they were bigger they felt the same. It was too bad other than being too short they were very comfortable and very cute.

The company is great to work with, I ordered a half size bigger than I wear and they were still to small. The company worked with me immediately to correct it. I got a full size bigger and still small but I can work with it. Make sure you go a full size up. They are comfortable and well made, just run small.
